We are a group of committed community members who work to foster a more inclusive and equitable Lyons Township area by creating opportunities for learning, dialogue and collective action that strengthen understanding, representation and a strong sense of belonging for all.

Our mission is to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in government, civic and cultural life so that everyone in our community is represented and heard. We seek to provide opportunities for learning and growing together.
